Neuro-linguistic Programming

Neuro-linguistic programming is a method for creating change that lasts. It allows us to notice what we are experiencing that we don’t like, what we would like to be experiencing but aren’t yet, and then to find the unconscious blocks or patterns that are internally resistant to the manifestation of what we would like.

It provides us a way of revealing and revising the patterns that are operating outside of conscious awareness. NLP relies on sensory input (pictures, smells, tastes, sounds and feelings) to communicate the language of the mind and body, making it more easily available for transformation and change than it would be with traditional coaching or habit changes. NLP can also be used to fix phobias, heal multi-generational family patterns and update unconscious belief structures that are influencing well-being and preventing health.

An NLP Session in 3 Parts

Part One

PRESENT STATE

During your Transformational NLP session, we work to get you into rapport with your present state. Sometimes, your present state may be a state of crisis, at times, a state of discomfort. Wherever you are at, I will meet you there. In cases that involve trauma, it is not always necessary to directly address the traumatic event but instead to get into rapport with its manifestations.

ACCEPTANCE

Once we get you into rapport with your current state, we move toward acceptance of the present.

DESIRED STATE

From a place of acceptance and understanding, you are guided to clearly envision what you want for your life moving forward.

Part Two

DESIRED STATE

Together, we confirm your desired state and you become able to feel what it is like to have what you want.

OBSTACLES

Together, we identify the proverbial wrench in the works.

UPDATING

We track, unpack, and re-write the past perceptions and experiences that hold you back and inhibit your ability to live the life you desire.
